A number of clients often perceive and it is distressing to say, often correct, that have the impression that their security service provider is not providing the level of service they expect or what they are paying for.  In addition, the security and risk reducing measures implemented by a client sometime lack the teeth to be effective.

 

The audit process is the most in-depth phase which collects, analyses, profile development and focuses on concern areas for correction, these should be completed annually. Reviews are bi-annual as security risks shift and change, reviews will provide the client with the correct security risk profile and a high impact short summary of their security effectiveness.

Project management assists our clients through the service/product selection process to the decision making point.  Once the client has selected a service or product, our team will manage the process through the progressive phases.
