Whether there is an intention to launch into litigation or defend a matter, our team is able to assist clients in resolving family disputes such as the following:

Matrimonial Disputes

When it comes to matrimonial disputes which may include the disappearance of a spouse, hidden finances or assets, spousal alienation by 3rd parties and litigation, our Family Unit is able to reduce the trauma during often trying times and establish the extent of disputes and make recommendations to resolve them effectively.  Our methods while advanced, are adaptable to meet client needs.

Child Support and Maintenance Disputes

Often in these circumstances the person responsible for child support or maintenance is not always meeting their obligations, this causes considerable stress and that feeling of not knowing whether they are being untruthful or not.  Our team has the capability of performing financial assessments and ensure that the required legal processes are followed to apply for legal orders to ensure that obligations are met, or where orders are in place to assist with compliance.

It is unfortunate and sad that at times of divorce or other family disputes, children are often removed without against the wishes of one of the parents and are hidden to place the other parent under duress in exchange for some form of favour, asset or return.  In other cases the selfish parent relocates the child to another country often in contravention of court orders.  Our team is able to trace children and facilitate in the process to return them to the custodial parent.

Family Affairs

Other family affairs may include issues such as divorces when children were at an early age and later in life they wish to locate the other parent, or adopted children seek to locate their real parents, siblings who were separated at an early age and desire to be reunited, other relatives separated for any mound of reasons or the discovering of legal family documents, our family unit is capable of assisting in a number of ways.
